Job Description
- Participate in general operations processing functions, including client onboarding, account servicing, document management, etc
- Experience in loan processing (including and not limited to loan application, disbursement,
- repayment, refund, credit admin, etc.) is an advantage
- Answer queries on operational processes
- Ensure timely and prompt processing as per the committed SLA
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders (Front Office, Compliance, Credit, etc.) to complete required processing and resolve issues arising
- Ensure processes and controls adhere to guidelines (internal, regulatory, etc.)
- Ensure timely and effective escalation of potential issues and resolution
Eligibility
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables, lookups, data tables)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Remote work – Singapore time
- Back office
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to articulate your
- thoughts clearly
- Results and service-oriented; able to work independently, sometimes under pressure
