- Handling customer calls and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
- Flexible to work in shift.
Eligibility

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or relevant internships will be an added advantage.
