Key Job Details:
- Create new customer accounts or records in the CRM database and update the requirements to be delivered
- Clearly understand customer requirements, instructions, and specifications
- Regularly and accurately update the customer records or accounts as per the progress of the project as per agreed SLA
- Accurately update billing to the customer, invoices to be sent and recovered and, manage financial accounts pertaining to the customer on the closure of the project within the agreed timelines
- Create new customer accounts or records in the CRM database with all required information regarding requirements and product details
Eligibility and Skills:
- BCom
- 1-3 Years of work experience
- Domain Competencies (BSERV )-MPE-Advertising Sales
