Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a delightful customer experience by providing clear and timely communication and support.
- Develop and maintain product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the integration of our products/services into their existing systems and infrastructure.
- Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and alignment between technical solutions and customer needs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years in a technical role, ideally customer-facing or in solution engineering.
- Proven problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- A positive and customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
