Job Description
- Process new member enrollments and update existing records accurately and efficiently.
- Verify member eligibility and healthcare benefits as per policy guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external customers through digital communication to ensure smooth enrollment operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, during all enrollment activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation to support operational and audit requirements
- Team collaboration and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Digital literacy – Comfort with digital tools, portals, and automation platforms
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Non-BTech (preferably)
- 0-1 years of overall experience
- US Healthcare / Enrollment & Billing Experience will be an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Basic computer proficiency – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet navigation
