The giant IT companies such as Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant will hire more candidates in 2021.
Infosys: Infosys is also planning to hire more candidates in 2021-22. The company has said it will hire 24,000 college graduates in the country in 2021-22, up from 15,000 in the current fiscal. Infosys is an Indian giant information technology company.

Capgemini is all set to hire more candidates in 2021. The company is planning to hire a total of 30,000 candidates. This year’s hiring is more than a 25% increase from last year.
Ashwin Yardi, chief executive of Capgemini in India, said, “The hiring reflects our strong revenue growth guidance of 7-9 percent for 2021.”
The tech giant will hire more candidates because of the increase in the digital technology they want to upgrade the emerging digital skills such as Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, 5G technology, Engineering, research and development, and more.
Ashwin Yardi also said, “The people will be a 50:50 mix of both freshers and laterals”.

Cognizant: The company plans to hire 23,000 fresher graduates in 2021. The campus recruitment will be increased.

In fact, we’re on track to bring in more new hires in Q1 of 2021 than ever before as we ramp our hiring capacity to accommodate our growth plans for 2021 and beyond. Last year ie. 2020 the company has hired 17,000 fresh graduates and currently, they are planning to hire 23,000 fresh graduates there will be a 35% increase year-on-year.
The major fresh candidates will be from India. The main goal of the company is to upskill the candidates in the field of digital technology, development, IT, and more.
