Job Description
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR administrative works (ex.: benefit/ leaves administration, record keeping and documentation etc.)
- Coordinate in office for HR initiatives
- Handling general HR inquiries from employees
- Providing support to the HR team with various tasks as needed
- Files and documentation like new joiner onboarding, compliance paperwork
- Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity.
Eligibility
- Pursuing a Bachelor´s degree in HR or related
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Exposure to/experience with an ERP system
- Organizational skills, attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High empathy and communication skills
- Ability to work reliability on personal sensitive data
- Proactive self-starter capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
