Selection and Interview Process at Cvent
The interview process at Cvent typically comprises three rounds, starting with a technical assessment, proceeding to a Managerial interview for applicable roles, and concluding with a final HR interview.
1. Online assessment tests: For campus-drives (India) there are multiple tests: e.g., English/Verbal, Product Test, Aptitude/CCAT, Versant (verbal ability) tests. coding problems, data structures/algorithms, sometimes system design (especially for senior roles). Personality / cognitive tests are also mentioned.
2. Technical interview: For software engineering roles: one or more rounds focusing on coding (DS & Algo), system design (for senior level), and role-relevant technical depth. For product / data science / managerial roles: expect role-specific case questions, business/product sense, analytics, etc
