Job Description
- Design scalable, reliable, high-performance solutions using Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint Online).
- Provide expertise in building robust architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
- Translate requirements into architectural blueprints and design documents.
- Mentor new engineers and help them adapt to development processes.
- Share best practices and guide team learning.
- Work closely with PMs, BAs, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Enforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Eligibility
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from top-tier engineering colleges with strong academic performance.
- Proficiency in .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.
- Experience with building Web APIs and Minimal APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
- Hands-on experience with ORMs (Object-Relational Mappers).
- Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies.
- Understanding of NoSQL databases and their use cases.
