Job Description
- Provide 24×7 technical support for applications, servers, virtual infrastructure, and network issues.
- Monitor alerts proactively using Zabbix, SolarWinds or similar, performing L1 troubleshooting, and escalating issues within SLA and meet MTTA and MTTN targets.
- Monitor system performance, identifying, and reporting potential issues.
- Manage escalations, communicating with clients and vendors as needed.
- Manage Jira queue effectively, ensuring timely acknowledgment of tickets and meeting SLA requirements.
- Participate in incident management processes, including incident detection, response, and resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions
- This role requires you to work in 24×7 rotational shift
Eligibility
- 2024 and 2025 Graduates with internship experience in system administration, technical support, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
