  • Write and implement both manual and automated QA test plans using technical requirements or design specifications
  • Conduct detailed analysis of test results found through both manual and automated testing.
  • Investigate and propose methods and standards for continuous process improvement.

2. Online Assessment: It typically includes sections on aptitude to test logical reasoning, programming questions of easy to medium difficulty, and fundamental QA topics. These QA topics usually cover concepts like SDLC and STLC, the difference between test cases and test scenarios, and the bug lifecycle.

3. Technical Interview: This includes knowledge of different types of testing such as functional, regression, and smoke testing, as well as the ability to write clear and effective test cases. Interviewers also assess how well you understand defect reporting processes and your familiarity with Agile methodology, particularly the basics of Scrum.

4. Final Interview: During this stage, the interviewer typically discusses your resume in detail, including your projects and skills, and asks basic technical questions relevant to the role. In some cases, you may also be required to complete live coding or problem-solving tasks. Additionally, the interview includes behavioral questions to assess your mindset, teamwork, and overall suitability for the role.
