Selection and Interview Process at Antino
The interview process at Antino typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Application Screening: They mainly evaluate communication skills, relevant internships or academic projects, leadership experience, participation in extracurricular activities, and a demonstrated interest in sales or marketing. Candidates who show strong interpersonal abilities, initiative, and an eagerness to work in a client-facing or startup environment generally have a better chance of getting shortlisted for the interview rounds.
2. HR / Introductory Round: Focuses on understanding the candidate’s background, communication skills, and interest in the role. During this round, interviewers commonly ask questions such as “Tell me about yourself,” “Why are you interested in business development?”, and “Why do you want to join Antino?” They may also ask whether you are comfortable with sales responsibilities and client interaction, as the role involves communication, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
3. Business / Managerial Round: In this round, interviewers assess a candidate’s communication skills, sales mindset, problem-solving ability, and confidence in handling client-facing situations. Candidates may be asked questions such as how they would generate leads, approach potential clients through LinkedIn or email, explain the difference between sales and business development, or handle rejection from clients.
4. HR / Cultural Fit Round: This round usually includes discussions about the internship stipend, joining timeline, work culture, and the fast-paced startup environment at Antino. Interviewers may also assess the candidate’s flexibility, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace before making the final selection decision.
