- Provide application and reporting support for Store Replenishment, Forecasting, and Inventory Management systems.
- Monitor application performance and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
- Analyze data and investigate incidents using Oracle SQL.
- Support Linux-based applications and batch processes.
- Assist in identifying root causes of issues and documenting findings.
- Create, update, and manage incidents, service requests, and change records in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application and data-related issues.
- Participate in issue triage, testing, and validation activities.

Eligibility
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Oracle SQL.
