Job Description
- Work closely with Customer Success and Renewals teams to support day-to-day operational workflows
- Assist in analyzing business data, operational metrics, and customer trends to derive actionable insights
- Support reporting, tracking, and operational cadences across teams
- Help identify process inefficiencies and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Product, and Support to ensure operational alignment
- Support strategic and operational projects related to customer retention and renewals
- Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and follow-ups with strong attention to detail
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (pursuing/final year) in Engineering, Business Management, Analytics, or other data-oriented disciplines
