Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL to Hire 60,000 Freshers Diversity candidates.
Infosys: Indian IT giant Infosys to hire 35,000 freshers graduating from college. The main goal is to hire 45% of female candidates. Infosys HR Head Richard Lobo said, “On average, our entry-level hiring mix is an equal number of men and women. However, we hire on merit.” because he has been receiving a good response from female candidates.
Wipro: According to the latest reports Wipro will hire 33% freshers this year than in FY21. The company will roll out 30,000 offers later this year for freshers. In which half of the candidates are expected to be female employees. Wipro’s chief HR officer Saurabh Govil said “The gender diversity among campus hires has been increasing consistently every year,”.
TCS: TCS to hire 40,000 freshers from Indian Campuses in FY22. In which, there are expected to hire 15,000-18,000 female employees. TCS will hire 38 to 45% of female employees and staff through campus.
HCL Tech: HCL Tech plans to hire 22,000 freshers through campus in India. In which 60 percent will be Diversity candidates.
