- Bachelor of computer application (BCA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) graduates
- Diploma (Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology)
- Class X – Minimum 60% or equivalent
- Class XII – Minimum 60% or equivalent
- General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms, general productivity applications like MS Outlook, MS Excel, Lotus Notes, etc
- No active backlogs are allowed.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate and work in a 24×7 environment
