TCS to Hire More 35,000 Freshers in H2 | Across India | 78,000 Freshers Total
TCS has hired over 43,000 freshers in H1 FY22. It is one of the highest hirings so far. Moreover, the company has said that they will hire 35,000 more freshers in H2 FY22. A total number of 78,000 freshers will be onboarded in FY22.
According to the TCS, attrition is at 11.9 percent which is the lowest rate in the IT industry. Retained people and also hired more professionals in order to meet the rising market demand.
Earlier this year, TCS The gain Indian IT company planned to hire more freshers in India. The plan was to hire 40,000 freshers from Indian Campuses in FY22.
