- Managing the SLA’s and resolving day-to-day issues by coordinating with the customer.
- Troubleshooting, managing, resolving, or recording all the issues related to incidents and services.
- Interacting over voice to maintaining the service operating running in normal service.
Responsibility and Skills:
- Good in solving day-to-day problems.
- Co-ordinating and Interacting with the supervisor and the team.
- Ability to work individually and contribute or support the team.
- Ability work in a different shift (Rotational shifts).
