Job Description
- First line of support for incidents / alerts for cloud products
- Analysing application issues and establishing resolutions or recommendations for the development team
- Driving the triage calls with multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, support and devops.
- Fixing issues with cloud products and product deployments.
- Performing basic maintenance and assisting in deploying new resources and product releases.
- Ensures Security and Compliance is maintained at all times.
- Have a good familiarity with tools for managing the environment, this should cover network, virtual servers other virtual resources and cloud services, be able to support applications such as Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and a good familiarity with database technology.
Eligibility
- BE/B.Tech 2022 graduates (Only CS/IT/Information Science branches)
- 60% throughout the academics
- Exposure to CI and CD tools and Cloud infrastructure is a plus.Available immediately
- Experience with SQL scripts is a must.
