- Analyzing risk on customer accounts
- Ensuring and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Ensure maximum recovery on CM accounts through inbound/ outbound telephone contact
- Customer satisfaction with Inbound or Outbound calling
- Good communication with the customers to drive performance on effective Collections
Technical Skills
- Coordinating and Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment
- Proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment
- Ability to analyze and interpret data in a systematic meaningful manner
Eligibility and Skills:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate
- 0-3 Years of experience in Collections & Customer Servicing
- 24X7 working setup
- Good at Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience in Triumph / Legacy screens (advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- Ability to influence
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good and quick thinking ability to look for solutions for card members is a plus
