Product Support Engineer
- Issue Solving – Troubleshooting and providing technical resolution on issues reported by customers through tickets, chat or expert mode, for enterprise product suite like SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, etc.
- Knowledge Transfer – Continuous technical upskilling for self and the peers, documentation of accrued knowledge
- The Associate Software Engineer will contribute to a wide variety of projects as our business needs evolve.
- The work include IT Enterprise Support & Services Spanning across Infrastructure, System Integration, Administration, Cloud and Managing Data Center devices.
- Develop Internal Talent Pool for ICTS with multiple skills – Windows , Linux network , backup, storage, data base Virtualization & cloud
Education
- Graduate| B.E/B.Tech -CS/IT/E&TC & ECE Branches
- MCA
- MSc IT/Computers
- 24 months bond agreement to be signed
- Year of Graduation: 2019/2020/2021, No standing backlogs, Minimum 60% overall education
- INR 3.25 LPA (10% variable inclusive)
Trainee Engineer
- Oracle ERP: Work on Peoplesoft and other ERP’s like in Infor, MDM, E leading Cloud and On ERP Implementations using Oracle technologies like Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, MM etc.
- SAP: Work on various modules like ABAP-FICO, MM, PP, SD, PS
- Digital: Work on Technologies like Java, Dotnet, Angular, Frontend, UI/UX, Data & analytics, Database
- CRM: Work on Technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics; Requires understanding of HTML 5, JavaScript, ES6 RDBMS & SQL
Education
- Engineering Graduate | (B.Tech./B.E.) – CS/IT/Circuit Branches (Programming Knowledge in Academics is Mandatory)
- Postgraduate | M.C.A/M.Sc. IT/M.Sc. CS /M.Tech. (Programming Knowledge in Academics is Mandatory)
