Job Description
- Collaborate closely with various teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage and maintain the configuration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standards.
- Maintain and update the existing ServiceNow platform and configurations as required.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ITSM module to enhance incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
- Work with senior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the ServiceNow platform.
Eligibility
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow administration and development, including form design, workflow configuration, and UI customization.
- Familiarity with Service Operations Workspace, Employee Center, Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
