Job Description
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Efficiently manage workforce scheduling
- Administer health and life insurance program
- Strategically plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Ensure timely updating of employee records, incorporating new hire information and changes in employment status
- Maintain payroll records
- Process employee’s queries and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct thorough CV screening and perform insightful interviews
- Onboard new employees
Eligibility
- College educated
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Demonstrate proven work experience as a Human Resource Specialist or Generalist, with a focus on Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human
- Resources Information Systems
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Proficiency in conducting both phone and video interviews, coupled with adept candidate screening and evaluation skills
- Familiarity with leveraging social media and professional networks for recruitment
- Team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
