- Understand customer requirements and familiar with Travel & Logistic management services
- Hands-on experience in CRM related applications
- Having experience in the Tools like Service Now, INX Inflight, Concur, SAP etc
Eligibility and Skills:
- Communication Skliis, Good at MS Excel and communication, Microsoft Excel, Ms office
- International Voice support (will be advantage)
- Experience in Analytics and reporting are added advantage
- Should have the experience in Customer front communications
- Good Verbal & Written communication skills
- Travel Industry domain knowledge and experience
