Job Description:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by understanding the compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Perform semantic analysis of data which has no documentation or business rule
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication(verbal and written) skills to work co-operatively in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical and cognitive ability along with presentation skills
- Need to document the business flow independently without changing the meaning or create ambiguity(For Ex: How is the ticket “status” managed?)
- Adhoc analysis of Remedy Force tickets (both performing upon request or recommending and performing)
- Should be in a strong position to perform reporting analysis.
- Understanding the requirement, do data analytics and story tell using dashboard
Eligibility
- 0 to 5 years of experience with a strong educational background in the area of analytics and statistics
- Proficiency in is mandatory
- MS Excel
- MS PowerBI
- Data visualizations tools
- Data analytics through Python Frameworks
- Customer Service and customer success factor
- Working in an Agile way within multi-disciplinary data and analytics teams, co-ordinating resources from across the team and the business to achieve agreed project and scrum outcomes
- Delivering data and analytics expertise and solutions, which brings commercial and customer value to business challenges
