Job Description
- Understand the VP’s work lifestyle and thinking process and implement them in your daily activities
- Handle phone calls, schedules, calendar events, and appointments
- Take full control of the nitty-gritty involved in the business/personal of the VP
- Be the SPOC between the VP and the internal + external stakeholders
- Proactively giving a heads-up to the VP of important schedules and deadlines
- Facilitate day-to-day operational and administrative ad-hoc tasks
- Preparing informative reports and presentations as and when required
- The Unknown – we’re always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value
Eligibility
- Degree level education
- If you have prior experience working in a customer-facing role or as an Executive Assistant, it’s an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in Google Suite
