Project Management: rotation will provide an opportunity to contribute towards key strategic initiatives and transparency of activity plans for Global IT
Process Analyst: rotation will provide an opportunity to drive the implementation of data governance processes and associated metrics for Global IT.
Data & Reporting Analyst: This rotation will provide an opportunity for innovation and optimization while contributing to key strategic initiatives and milestones.
IT Test Analyst: Providing collaboration services to all HPE employees globally. Role requires a technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Eligibility and Skills:
- Recent College graduate (2021 or after July 2020) looking for full-time employment interested in gaining a well-rounded, multi-faceted knowledge of IT
- Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Knowledge in Project Management and data tools, and one or more programming languages is a plus
- Experience using project management skills and business acumen, with strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Experience making presentations (both verbal and written) to key stakeholders using high-quality visuals
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines effectively
- Self-starter, strong team player, and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to quickly learn new technical tools and platforms
