Key Job details:
- Engineer will be responsible for answering the Customer Issues assigned to them as per the SLA defined.
- Responsible for supporting any critical issues during the Customer DR Drills.
- Responsible for identifying the Configuration/Environment issues and rule out the possibilities.
Eligibility and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or another quantitative field
- Experience with the backup of virtual environments (VMWare, Hyper-V, or RedHat Virtualization)
- Experience with concepts and basic troubleshooting knowledge in Linux, Unix, and Windows platform
- Knowledge in handling major incidents and communicating to customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with the backup of applications and databases (Oracle, MSSQL, SAP HAHA, etc)Strong problem solving/decision-making skills.
