Job Description
- Role designation: Systems Engineer – EV
- Interested students will undergo online assessment (Coding challenge) followed by Technical & HR interview.
- Shortlisted students will join Finacle (Finacle Digital Banking Platform – Industry’s Top Rated Solution (edgeverve.com) which is one of the business units at EdgeVerve, a wholly-owned product subsidiary of Infosys – a global technology leader with over USD 15 billion in annual revenues.
- Students will be part of projects related to Delivery, Testing, Development and Support. Responsibilities will involve customization and implementation of Finacle Product with our Clients and Partners.

- Eligibility: BE/BTech 2025 graduates only.

Selection and Interview Process at Infosys EdgeVerve
The interview process at Infosys EdgeVerve typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Online Assessment: Candidates are commonly asked to solve 2–3 programming problems along with questions related to SQL and DBMS basics. The test is generally conducted on platforms such as HackerRank or WeCP.
2. Technical Interview: Candidates move to the Technical Interview round, which mainly focuses on DSA fundamentals, Java concepts, and OOP principles. Interviewers also ask questions related to DBMS and SQL queries, along with core concepts from Operating Systems and Computer Networks. 3. Managerial / HR Round: Generally focuses on communication skills, personality, and overall fit for the company. Candidates are commonly asked questions such as “Tell me about yourself,” explanations of academic or personal projects, reasons for wanting to join EdgeVerve, willingness to relocate, and situations involving teamwork or conflict resolution. Interviewers may also discuss internships, achievements, and details mentioned in the resume.
4. Document Verification + Offer: After successfully clearing the interviews, the final stage involves document verification, where candidates are required to submit documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, academic marksheets, and other identity proofs.
