- Experience in Providing L1 Application support
- Experience in documenting L1 task and to be performed on routine basis.
- Knowledge in database or Data Migration/Data base Transfer would be nice
- Should ready to work on all holidays where in comp-off can be availed.
- Should be ready to work in 24*7 supports which include night shifts (sometime
