Selection and Interview Process at Infosys

1. Application & Shortlisting: Candidates for the Specialist Programmer (SP) and Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) roles at Infosys are shortlisted through multiple hiring channels. These include campus recruitment, where Infosys conducts both on-campus and off-campus hiring drives at engineering colleges.

2. Online Assessment: Before the interview stage, candidates typically undergo an online coding assessment. Performance in this round plays a crucial role in determining eligibility for the SP or DSE role, with stronger performance often leading to consideration for the Specialist Programmer position.

3. Technical Interview: The technical interview, focuses on core computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills. Candidates are expected to explain DSA and coding solutions, including time and space complexity.
