Infosys to Hire 25,000 Freshers from Campus. Good news for freshers as tech giant Infosys company is planning to hire freshers candidates in the coming next 12 months.
Last year Infosys hired 21,000 freshers during the previous financial year. In which there were 19,000 candidates from India through campus and the remaining 2000 candidates were overseas campus.
The planning to hire 25,000 fresh candidates will include 24,000 candidates from India and 1000 candidates from overseas in the next 12 months.
Infosys increasing its hiring process because of the increase in the attrition rate. Their attrition rate was reported at 15.2 percent at the end of the March quarter ie. Q4 while there is an Increment from the previous quarter, the attrition rate was 10%.
