A recent report by Businessline reveals that IT firms – Infosys, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra – have revoked offer letters given to students after delaying the onboarding process for months.

Candidates have got a mail regarding the cancellation of the offer letter. Although the students got the offer letter early and waited for 3-4 months for the onboarding.
As per the report “It has been identified that you are not meeting our academic eligibility criteria. Hence your offer stands null and void,” one of the emails read.
Furthermore, other giant companies such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Meta have reportedly decided to freeze hiring.
