- Analyze the internal processes & policies to ensure inclusivity with respect to gender and persons with disability
- Understand the current diversity hiring ecosystem, conduct a gap analysis and propose changes
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate the efforts on Diversity Hiring
- In the quest to be a truly diverse workplace, there is a need to reflect on current hiring systems and implement the required changes
- Ensure the current policies and processes in line with DEI Charter, creating talent sources across locations, create process to consolidate the Diversity Hiring Efforts across FBD
