Job Description
- Carry out requirement understanding from business, planning and
regulatory teams - Plan network design and architecture for all businesses
- Conduct operational planning for respective function
- Execute network capacity planning to meet customer demands and
maintain congestion free network - Assist in vendor evaluation and validation process
- Detail out engineering for LTE / FTTH and Enterprise network
- Generate engineering document per node and monthly operating plan for
planned event execution - Coordinate with cross-functional team members
- Ensure adherence to standard operating process to achieve end
objectives
Eligibility
- B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline (Certification in Cisco CCNA preferred)
- Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with best software engineering practices and development

Selection and Interview Process at Jio
The interview process at Jio typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Resume Screening: Recruiters evaluate your resume to verify eligibility criteria such as academic background, skills, and qualifications.
2. Online Assessment (Aptitude + Coding): Based on the hiring drive and recruitment year, Jio may conduct an online assessment comprising the following sections. Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability questions. Programming questions focused on data structures and algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, recursion, and related concepts.
3. Technical Interview Round: Candidates who qualify the online test proceed to one or more technical interviews, conducted either online or face-to-face. The interviews evaluate proficiency in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, core computer science concepts, and hands-on project experience.
4. HR / Behavioral Round: After successfully clearing the technical interviews, candidates proceed to the HR round, which evaluates cultural fit, communication skills, and alignment with Jio’s values and career expectations.
