- L0/ L1 Support for the Capital Markets, IB CRM & Analytics Applications for a US based Investment Bank.
- Batch Monitoring 24 *7
- Good Communication within the team and with US client partners
- Technologies:- Tivoli, Airflow, Databricks, Streamsets, PowerBI, SQL, Unix, Splunk
- Maintain runbooks for jobs/applications monitored
- Report on Failures/Abends and follow up for resolution
- P1 issue communication and triage
Eligibility
- Help identify root cause by problem solving/thinking big picture
- Assist with thorough impact analysis
- Interpreting alerts/monitor dashboard errors
