Key Job Details:
- Identifying the job types and routing to concerned departments
- Complete all the tasks that are available for indexing before the delivery cut off time by coordinating with the operations team
- Play a crucial role in meeting and improving quality and delivery SLA’s for the process
- Conduct the daily team hurdles and discuss the top error categories and their RCA with the team
- Attending monthly PKT with a minimum of 90% score
- Able to maintain 99% of accuracy
- Work as a backup quality analyst in the absence of QA to ensure delivery cut off is met daily
- Domain Knowledge – Capital Markets (Money Movements & Cashiering)
Eligibility and Skills:
- Graduation
- 0-1 Years work experience
- Good Presentation skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good at MS Office
