- Develop and maintain AI/ML-based application which helps us with Proactive Maintenance
- Employee Amplifier (Assist them with a solution or process side).
- Overall helps in solving issues quickly with quality.
- Delights our customer – Provide intelligent tools to help customer find solution or explore logs or intelligent pro-active process which helps them.
- Analyze internal and customer data and propose new ideas/use-cases help. Work with a team with AIS.
- Working with the team across AIS and collaborating with them.
Eligibility and Skills:
- Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, concepts, and techniques.
- Knowledge of the Python programming language.
- Experience in AI/ML as well as of the software architecture in cloud or micro-services.
- Communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately with customers in difficult situations
- Analytical, problem-solving skills
- Ability to bring forth new ideas and drive them to execution.
- Focus on pragmatic and effective solutions
- Ability to implement machine learning-based intelligent software within a given software architecture in accordance with the SAP process and maintenance strategy.
- Knowledge of software development and modeling tools.
