- Be responsible address End-user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues, helping customers through installing applications and computer peripherals, Guiding users with simple, step-by-step instructions, conduct remote troubleshooting
- Be responsible for OS deployment on the laptops for end-users and provide support to all remote sites in the India location
- Be responsible, for Hardware Inventory management in SNOW for the respective site
- Manage and support all Audio/Video site services
- Engage with a global team and work on the global projects

Eligibility and Skills
- Good technical and functional knowledge of End-user services and technology
- Understanding of new technologies, like Zoom meeting, MS Teams, O365, Video conferencing, OS deployment, SCCM, Bit locker technology, VPN, etc
- Good written and oral communication skills
Skills:
- Bit-Locker management, OS deployment for End-user laptops
- Good understanding of SCCM/MECM technology
- Audio/Video service management and understanding for support
- Antivirus Security management on end-user systems
- Configuration and troubleshooting of O365, MS teams, Zoom, Mobile/Tablets
