Key Job details:
- Build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional product development teams across SHL function
- Lead benchmarking pilots right from designing to implementing to tracking the progress and finally making the final presentation to a client
- Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner
- Direct customer interaction along with commercial/sales team
- Client meetings/calls for enterprise accounts during important business discussions pertaining to large and complex deals
- Work on proposals and solutions for large and complex deals, including providing inputs for RFP response document
Eligibility and Skills:
- Need to have excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to talk to C-suite clients
- Prior experience in a product company is preferred
- Prior experience in a technology company in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task to work on multiple simultaneous customer engagements
