Job Description
- Willingness to ask questions about business objectives and the measurement needs for a project workstream, and be able to measure objectives & key results
- Support conclusions with a clear, understandable story that leverages descriptive statistics, basic inferential statistics, and data visualizations
- Collaboration across your team, partners, and broader data and reporting teams, steadfast curiosity, and developing and growing business acumen will be critical to your success.
- Influence data & reporting maturity, enabled by intermediate understanding of business processes & objectives
- Intermediate SQL experience writing complex queries
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, IT or other analytic discipline, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them
- 1+ year as a Data Analyst with strong academic performance in a quantitative field; or strong equivalent experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Supply Chain
- Experience working effectively with a global team
- Experience in analytics tools such as: SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Domo, Power BI, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics), SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or equivalent technologie
- Solid problem solving, analytical skills, data curiosity, data mining, Data creation and consolidation
