- Location: complete Work from Home.
- Process: Flipkart Voice process (To handle customer queries)
- Languages Required: Regional language with average English.
- Selected candidates should join immediately. (work from Home)
- Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via chat
- Should have excellent English communication in verbal and written
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve there issues
- Should have typing speed of min 30wpm with 90% accuracy
Skills
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts
- Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
- 5 days working 2 days off
