Selection Process at Teleperformance
The Teleperformance interview process generally consists of three stages: an initial screening, a technical evaluation, and a final HR interview (depending on the role).
1. Application and Resume Screening: After you apply, the recruitment team reviews your resume to assess your educational background, relevant work experience, communication skills, and familiarity with quality assurance or customer support processes. Shortlisted candidates are contacted for the next stage.
2. Initial HR Screening: The first interview is usually conducted by an HR recruiter over the phone or through a video call. This round focuses on your background, previous experience in customer service or quality assurance, notice period, salary expectations, willingness to work in rotational shifts, and reasons for joining Teleperformance. Your communication skills and professionalism are also evaluated.
3. Assessment: Depending on the business process, candidates may be asked to complete an online or in-person assessment. The assessment generally includes verbal communication, English grammar, logical reasoning, basic analytical aptitude, and scenario-based questions. Some hiring teams may also include Excel fundamentals, email writing, or data interpretation tasks relevant to the Quality Analyst role.
4. Operations and Quality Interview: Candidates who clear the assessment are invited to an interview with the Operations Manager, Quality Manager, or Process Manager. This round evaluates your understanding of quality assurance processes, call monitoring, compliance, customer experience, and performance improvement.
5. HR Discussion and Offer: The final stage is an HR discussion covering compensation, work schedule, office location, company policies, joining timeline, and required documentation. Candidates who successfully complete all interview rounds receive a formal offer letter followed by onboarding.
