Job Description
- Working with Stakeholders and customers to resolve queries and improve customer experience.

Eligibility
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting with 0 to 1 years of experience in Accounting/Customer to Cash operations.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills – Aptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, and going into the root cause of the problem
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (applicable AR systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills & ability to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
- Exposure to change management
