Key Role Details:
- Manage the design process for various deliverables and communication channels, including designing, research and editing, and review.
- Track key efforts and measures and contribute to dashboards/reports
- Liaise with business/support leaders to understand requirements, and deliver results
- Work with stakeholders to create communication collaterals and use vehicles effectively across the business units in India
- Incorporate key messaging through existing communication channels and provide guidance to businesses on campaigns
Eligibility and Skills
- 0-6 months of work experience
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- Working knowledge of personal computers and network
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good communication skills will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS office with the ability to design on PowerPoint.
- Creative, innovative, and the ability to think beyond the traditional framework
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- Creative should be able to send some visual samples/ portfolio beforehand. Like an Instagram or Behance account will also work
- Basic video editing skills
- Able to balance multiple priorities and work well independently and with teams, both in-person and virtually.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment is a plus and more
