Wipro, TCS, HCL, Infosys, and More Companies to End Work from Home
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, companies started their employees to work from Home. However, now most companies are calling back their employees to start work from the office. As vaccination drive across India been started very fast and most of the companies had vaccinated their employees.
Employees might be asked to work from the office. But in terms of still ongoing Covid-19, the companies will seek a comfortable and safe work policy. They will follow the hybrid work mode, in which for 2-3 days they will WFH, and the next 2-3 days will work-from-office.
Wipro
Wipro Indian information technology giant has already started a hybrid work model. Company’s Chairman Rishad Premji has twitted about the employees to work from the office. In a tweet, it is clearly explained about the Hybrid work from home model. The employees will be working from the office twice a week. Also mentioned, all the safety measures will be taken care of while traveling to an office.
Infosys
Infosys also plans to bring back their employees to work from office campuses. The company mentioned, that they are getting requests from some of their accounts to allow employees to work from the office. Employees have got a call back from the company in which all the safety measures and steps will be taken care.

TCS
TCS the technology giant is also planning to bring back its workforce to the office. The company will call over 80 Percent of the employees to start working from the office. TCS CEO Rajesh Gopinath said, early next year, over 70-80% of our workforce back in the offices.
HCL Tech
HCL Technologies Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Apparao V V said, most of their employees have been vaccinated. Soon offices are going to start and they will call the employees back to the office. However, they will follow a hybrid work model, and employees can work twice at home depending upon their designation.
Furthermore, many companies are planning to get back their employees to start working from the office. Companies such as Nagarro, Samsung, Uber, Nasscom, and more.
