- Handle daily BAU requests in the ticketing system and phone
- Operate and maintain security tools
- Coordinate maintenance of vendor managed security tools
Eligibility and Skills:
- B.Tech(CSE/IT) or MS/M.Tech/MCA Cyber Security
- Work experience in the IT Security field is an advantage
- Any certification in the security field is an advantage (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH)
- Knowledge of security tools
- Generic TCP/IP knowledge, OSI Layer, and Basics of computer engineering
- Generic knowledge of security workflows
- Basic understanding of cyber security tools and concepts
