Key Job details:
- Processing invoices for vendor payments in the ERP system – PO invoices & Non-PO invoices.
- Achieving the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associated with Invoice processing
- Ensuring all process procedures are adhered to while processing the invoices into the ERP for payments.
- Co-ordinating and working with Buyers/Front Office/Master Data to drive towards solutions.
Eligibility and Preferred skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/Finance
- Freshers or 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, general ledger
- Good knowledge and proficient in using MS Office and working knowledge of SAP
- Fast learner, Analytical-thinking
- Good communication knowledge in both verbal and written
