Job Description
- Process invoices for multiple International subsidiaries, ensure that all invoices are correctly billed, coded, and accurately calculated
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Prepare invoice billing runs for review and processing
- Review all invoices for appropriate PO documentation and approval prior to payment
- Process employee expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Adhere to transactional processing policies and compliance with financial regulations and VAT requirements
Eligibility
- Analytical and creative mindset
- Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word and/or Google Sheets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
- Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Able to follow standard filing procedures
