- Research content topics: competitors, e-commerce and AI-commerce trends, customer pain points, and what’s working in the market
- Write and edit content — blog posts, social posts, email copy, one-pagers — in clear, polished American English
- Create scripts for product demos, video campaigns, and social content
- Manage Cross word’s social media channels: plan the calendar, draft and publish posts, engage with the community, and report on what’s working.
- Support sales operations: prospect list building, data enrichment, CRM hygiene, and outbound sequence upkeep
- Assist with outbound campaigns — research accounts, personalise messaging, track replies
- Help prepare sales collateral, competitive research, and internal GTM reporting
